In the gourmet industry, Christmas starts February 15. We spend many months planning and organizing, then shopping the gourmet markets to find the coolest containers and most wonderful products for the holiday season. The containers just arrived and it's Christmas all over the shop. The excitement level is rising as we are designing the most unique gifts made from food in Alabama. Although the economy creates some anxiety, it's shaping up to be good holiday season for those craftsmen who make alabama made gifts.
